$600/month private room in a 4 bedroom house available September 1st.

A spacious 4 bed/ 2.5 bath house with large kitchen, dining room, and
living room. Bathroom would be shared. 4 minute drive to lot 30, and
includes a bike lane along MLK BLVD. Quiet and safe neighborhood that
includes a pool. Parking space for 1 car is available. Utilities factor to
be around $70-80 per month. Currently a mixed gender household of 4 PhD
students in the Statistics Department. We mostly keep to ourselves but are
generally friendly.
