*Master bedroom* (large room, private bath, spacious closet) rent is *$1350
+ utilities are around $80/mo*. Internet/wifi is included in rent. *2 mo
sublease (6/15-8/15) and option to extend lease *with household afterwards.
To campus is a 15-45 minute walk (closest to furthest point), 8-10 min
bike/scooter ride, and 5 minute drive. There is also a bus route (16) that
will take you to campus with a 2 min walk to the bus stop from the house.

We're currently a house of 4 looking for a roommate to fill the Master
bedroom in a 5 bd/3 ba house. We are all currently 1st year PhD students at
UCR in Plant Biology, CMDB, & Geology. Roommate is preferred to also be a
graduate student or working professional willing to fill both the Summer
sublease and lease extension afterwards. If you are interested in only one
or the other, you are welcome to reach out as well.

We share a household cat, Cashew, who is an 9mo old American shorthair baby
cat. We have a fenced-in private backyard patio and garden, ample fruit
trees around the property (meyer lemons, oranges, pomegranate, etc.) with
gardeners (covered by landlord) that come weekly. Laundry washer/dryer is
in unit, there is a 2 car garage with a side door + free street parking,
and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The whole house is furnished
and the master bedroom will be unfurnished. The house is all linoleum
hardwood. In the summer, some of us plan on car-pooling to campus if that
is of interest to you as well.
