Hi everyone,
I am a male PhD student looking for a lease or sublease for a private room.
I am open to begin on July or before August 19th.
The apartment (or home) must have a kitchen, because I cook regularly, and
sometimes as hobby. I am ok to share a bathroom with someone else but if it
is a private one, that is better.
I’m ok for a distance of 30mn to the campus on bike, or 30mn in bus for bus
accessible places.
I’m ok with a mix apartment/home, but If it is male only, that is better.
*Budget : 700-900$/month*
