Hello everyone,

Please share this with any graduate students who might be interested.

We have a room available for $650 per month (utilities not included; expect an additional $60 to $100 during the summer months). The room shares a bathroom with two other tenants. Our house is in a great, safe, and quiet neighbourhood near campus, just a 20-25 minute walk away. The address is 2534 Rambling Court, and our backyard offers a stunning view of the mountains surrounding campus.

Current housemates are an EEOB graduate student and a political science graduate student. The house features a fire pit, a new grill, and lemon and orange trees. We also have a friendly cat named Tangerine, two goldfish, and a painted turtle.
