[Allgsacstudents] Seeking an Apartment and a Female Roommate for Fall 2024

Dear UCR Graduate Community,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Swechha Rimal, and I am an
incoming graduate student in Biochemistry at UCR this fall. I am currently
seeking for a furnished place to stay, preferably a private room and a
fellow female graduate student to share an apartment with, and I would
greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a suitable roommate and
apartment.

*Location:* Ideally, I am looking for a place near the campus, but I am
open to nearby areas as well.

*Move-in Date:* I will be moving to Riverside from the Bay Area in
mid-September and am looking to move in around that time.

A little about myself:

   - I am clean, responsible, and highly value a quiet study environment.
   - My interests include exploring new places, painting, cooking, and
   hiking.
