Dear All,

I hope this email finds you well. I am a new grad student transferring to UCR this coming winter . I am currently looking for housing and was wondering if anyone has any leads or recommendations. Ideally, I’m looking for:

  *   A private bedroom and bathroom
  *   A location within walking distance to campus or conveniently near a bus route

If you know of any available spaces, or if you have suggestions on where to look, I would greatly appreciate it. Please feel free to reply to this email or reach out to me directly.
