Hello everyone,

We have a room opening in a mostly graduate student house and were hoping to find a graduate student interested to take it over Sept 1.

Here are the details:
751 spruce st, Riverside, CA 92507
640$/month (utilities not included, but they range from 100-150$)
5 bedroom (4 people share a bathroom, you would share with 1 person)
5 people to the house right now (1 woman, 4 men)
Room will not be furnished, but the rest of the house has furniture
Pool! With cleaning service (and landscaping) included in rent
Washer and dryer in house
20 minute walk to campus, 5ish minute drive to grocery stores
Small garden in the back you can plant stuff in
We are a pretty social house and like to host other students at least weekly for meals, reading groups, and other gatherings
