Hello all,

I'm a female graduate student at UCR looking for two roommates. There are two bedrooms available with a shared bathroom. The house is 4 miles from UCR which is about a 15 min drive. The house listing is as follows:

  *   Available now
  *   No cats or dogs, but other pets (fish, reptiles) are fine if kept in your room. One older cat is already in the house but doesn’t like other animals.
  *   No smoking or drugs
  *   Females preferred
  *   12 month lease
  *   $750 per month per room not including shared utilities ($70-90 on average)
  *   10x12 ft Rooms are furnished with a full/queen bed with overhead fan/lights. A desk and chair can be arranged.
  *   Monitored alarm system
  *   Central AC/heating
  *   In unit washer and dryer
  *   Community pool and jacuzzi

The rest of the house is furnished, including a 55” TV with access to HBO Max, Disney, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The kitchen is fully furnished with a communal fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, stand mixer, and pots and pans.


One full bathroom will be shared between the two bedrooms available for rent, and there is another half guest bathroom downstairs. Each renter will receive one parking permit to park in the neighborhood.
