Subject: Looking for a Housemate in Gated Community

Good Morning,

My housemate and I are looking for a new housemate to move into our house. Our house is located in a gated community off of market street which is a quick drive to campus. Rent is $755 + utilities. The bedroom also comes with a garage parking spot and you can buy an additional parking pass if needed to park in the parking lot. The house has a washer/dryer, large living room, and a large kitchen. We are looking to rent starting on January 1st, please let me know if you are interested and have any other questions, I will provide a Zillow listing to interested parties.
