Subject: Room For Rent in Gated Community

My roommate and I are looking for a third or couple to move into our master bedroom. Our house is located in a gated community off of market street which is a quick drive to campus. Rent is $865 + utilities for the master bedroom, which includes its own bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a walk in closet. The master bedroom also comes with 1 garage parking spot and you can buy an additional parking pass if needed to park in the parking lot. The house has a washer/dryer, large living room, and a large kitchen. We are looking to rent on June 1st, please let me know if you are interested and have any other questions, I will provide a Zillow listing to interested parties.
