Subject: Room for rent near campus beginning January 1st

Hello All,

My roommate and I are seeking a 3rd roommate to move into our apartment as soon as possible. I am an EEOB grad student and he works at UCR as an academic researcher. We have one dog, but she stays in her room and is quite shy and well behaved.

We currently live in a gated apartment complex in Canyon Crest ~two miles from UCR. Rent is currently $800 + utilities (month to month lease), and the dimensions of the room are 12' 8" X 14'. The room has a shared bathroom and comes with a garage parking spot. The apartment has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a small patio area. The complex also has several amenities including a pool, hot tub, small fitness room, and is located right next to Andulka Park.
