We are a quiet but friendly group of biologists looking for someone to fill out our house.
We have an unfurnished bedroom for rent available immediately.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with adjacent room).
Because the bathroom is shared with a woman she has requested female applicants only.
We have WiFi and washer and dryer in the house.
We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mt, corner of Celeste and Massachusetts.
Rent is $508 a month plus utilities ($80-100 per month).
