Three rooms available in a house for $550 a month for rent
Utilities extra, approximately $70-90 a month per person (depending on season)
One person per room only, no sharing of rooms
Two story house, three upstairs rooms, one downstairs room
Each room approx. 180 square ft. with wooden floors and a closet
3 car driveway/2 car garage

1-year lease starts on July 1st

Prospective renters must visit the house personally (or do a walk-through via Skype) to be considered
If chosen, must fill out residential rental application, a simple background check is possible (at landlords discretion)
Must sign 1-year lease, but can leave anytime during the year if you have a replacement

Prefer graduate students/young professionals
Pets allowed with landlord's permission
All genders/orientations welcome
Okay to have friends/family stay for short periods
No smoking inside house

House Details:
On Blaine Street
6-8 minute bike ride to the center of the UCR campus, 20-30 minute walk, 3-4 min drive
Respectful neighbors/safe neighborhood
Good and stable wifi internet
AC/Heating
Two refrigerators
Two bathrooms
Washer and dryer
Well kept yards (gardening service included with rent)
Very responsive landlord
