We are a quiet but friendly group of biologists looking for someone to fill out our house.
Unfurnished bedroom for rent available immediately.
We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mt, corner of Celeste and Massachusetts.
Rent is $475 a month plus utilities ($80-100 per month).
We have WiFi and washer and dryer in the house.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with adjacent room).
Because the bathroom is shared with a woman, female applicants are preferred.
