Hello all,

A room is available in a four bedroom, two bath house with a pool and large backyard with covered patio area. The room available is of a good size (about 12' x 12') with a closet and a bathroom shared with two other people. The common areas of the house are spacious with lots of light and tile flooring. The other residents are 3 quiet, non-smoking EEOB grad students.

The house is on a peaceful street with direct access to the Botanic Gardens. It's built to stay cool in the hot summer months, so we've barely needed to use the AC for the years we've spent here!  It's a 20 min walk to campus and about a ten-minute bike ride. Tenants are chill, and we may throw an occasional BBQ or small pool party, but no wild parties. In addition to the three students currently living here, we have several fish, a lizard, and one person occasionally fosters dogs.

Rent is $562.50 per month, not including utilities which usually run $70-100 a month per person. This Youtube video from before we moved in shows off the house: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=meHh36CgxUQ. Note that the carpeting has been removed and the whole house has tile floors.
