Subject: Room for rent

Unfurnished bedroom for rent available immediately (Jan. 25).
We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mt, corner of Celeste and Massachusetts.
Rent is $475 a month plus utilities ($80-100 per month).
We have WiFi and washer and dryer in the house.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with adjacent room).
Because the bathroom is shared with a woman, female applicants are preferred.
We are a quiet but friendly group of biologists looking for someone who takes Covid restrictions seriously.
