Hi All,

I am looking to sublease my bedroom starting in January, February or March in a 3b2b house. As I no longer live there, the move-in time can be flexible. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The rent is $550 a month + utilities (split evenly among everyone). The house has a washer, dryer, a garage, and lots of common room space. The house is located about a 15min walk from campus, or a 5min drive. Currently, there are 2 UCR students living in the house.
