Looking for a place to live this fall?  Want to get away from the noise near campus?
We have an unfurnished bedroom for rent available immediately.
We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mts, corner of Celeste and Massachusetts.
Rent is $480 a month plus utilities ($80-100 per month).
We have WiFi and washer and dryer in the house.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (2 sinks shared with adjacent room).
Because the bathroom is shared with a woman, female applicants only.
