Subject: Room for rent in Canyon Crest available June for UCR graduate students

Hi fellow grad students! My boyfriend Erik and I (both PhD students) are looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom house in Canyon Crest in June of this year.

Rent would be $750 a month plus utilities.

Some great things about our home:
- you would have your own room and bathroom (the guest bathroom, right across from the room)
- your choice of a room between two available rooms
- huge backyard with fruit trees
- less than 5 minutes from the Canyon Crest shopping center (which includes restaurants, Rite Aid, Ralphs, a gas station, and a nearby bus stop).
- washer and dryer in home
- new appliances including the washer, the stove, and the kitchen sink
- large living room and dining area space
- huge driveway and a two car garage
- gardener included in rent

We do have a dog, an 8 year old pitbull mix that is a total sweetheart - but she is not great with sharing a home with other animals - so no additional pets are allowed.
