Room available in a 4 bedroom house, within a 5 minute drive from UCR campus:

- 1 bedroom available with a shared bathroom
- two fridges shared between four housemates
- communal cookware, utensils, appliances
- off street parking, washer/dryer in garage
- backyard with patio and garden
- Rent: $500/month + utilities

Note: a small dog is already living on the premises

House is currently shared between graduate students (all from UCR, men and women). All sexual/gender identities are welcome.

Seeking one roommate to take over one tenant in the lease. Room available immediately!
