We have a room in our house for rent starting Nov. 1.
We are 1.3 miles from UCR campus next to the BoxSprings Mt, corner of Celeste and Massachusetts.
Rent is $475 a month plus utilities (about $100 per month).
We have WiFi and washer and dryer in the house.
The bedroom is 3mX4m with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with adjacent room).
Because the bathroom is shared, women are preferred.
We are a quiet but friendly group looking for someone who takes Covid restrictions seriously.
