I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the master bedroom in a 4 bedroom house starting any time between November 2020 and January 2021. The lease ends September 2021 with the option of renewal. The room is 13.5 feet by 12 feet with a 10 foot wide 2 feet deep closet, and a private bathroom. House is located in a small cul-de-sac in Belvedere Heights, less than a mile away from campus. There is a pool, backyard, and a garage. Landlords are a very nice elderly couple.

Rent is 662.50+utilities, and security deposit is one months rent.
The other three roommates are 3 female PhD students at UCR.
