Two bedrooms available for rent in Canyon Crest house.

  *   Both rooms (~10'x13') are on the 2nd floor and share a full bathroom (with separate sinks). Ideal for a couple or two friends, but can of course be rented separately.
  *   Rent is ~$700/month + utilities ~$80 per month.
  *   Located in Canyon Crest, near Sycamore Canyon Park. 2-mile drive from UCR campus, on quiet cul-de-sac with lots of street parking.
  *   Two other tenants are both male UCR students: one Entomology PhD and one pre-med. Both very quiet and clean. One owns a kitten.
  *   Backyard with patio, garden, jacuzzi, and pool; washer and dryer; 3-car garage with driveway, full kitchen, family and living rooms. Central air and heating.
  *   House is 2,600 sq ft, two stories, built 1998.
