CalFresh provides qualifying students with up to $291 a month to buy healthy, nutritious foods. It's a federally mandated, state-supervised, and county-operated government entitlement program that provides monthly food benefits to qualified Highlanders. These benefits can be used at various local grocery and convenience stores, most farmers markets, Scotty's convenience store located at the Highlander Union Building (HUB), Market at Glen Mor, and now online<https://www.cdss.ca.gov/ebt-online>.

CalFresh Walk-In Hours
Stop by Chicano Student Programs (145 Costo Hall) 1/23/24 from 10 am-12 pm to talk with a CalFresh Intern. They can assist you with the application. See flyer.

Adelante Grad Prep Seminar

If you are interested in a practice-based seminar focused on graduate school application preparation or review, register below. Participants must commit to attending a minimum of 3 weeks to be considered. Lunch will be provided.

Unity Hour
Join us for a weekly series of discussions and engagement with the Ethnic & Gender offices. Programs are held in the hosting center, every Wednesday at noon. WRC will host the next Unity Hour.
