Buenas Tardes,

I hope this email finds you well! We will be having a school visit on November 30, 2023 from 9:00am to 1:00pm, however will only be needing assistance for the student panel, the Common XCITE activity, and the Campus tour from 9:30am -11:50am. Please let us know if you are able to attend during the time frame. We appreciate all the support that we can get. Below you can find a tentative agenda:

The day of the event if you have question please stop by our office at 145 Costo Hall

Visit Agenda:

· 9:00 - Arrive at UCR

· 9:10 - CSP Presentation

· 9:30am - Student Panel – go directly to HUB 355

· 10:00am - The Common XCITE Area (35 MAX Capacity) HUB 355

o Energizers in the meantime

o 10:00am - 10:20am Group 1

o 10:20am - 10:40am: Group 2

o 10:40am - 11:00am: Group 3

· 11:00am - Campus Tour/Rec Center Tour – if you arrive before 11am go to HUB 355

· 11:50am - Lunch (Grassy AI Knoll)

· 12:30pm - Group Picture at UCR Letters

· 12:40pm - Evaluation Form

· 1:00pm - Depart UCR
