<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">Good morning everyone,<div><br></div><div>I hope everything is having a wonderful week so far.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm reaching out about filling a role for our graduate student conference this Saturday, May 16th. Unfortunately, I will be unable to serve as the timekeeper for the entire conference, and we need someone to cover the second panel from 2:35 PM to 4:00 PM. Although it may seem longer than the first panel, both panels will have three speakers each, with the second panel having more time for Q&A. I can also answer any questions about the role for further clarification.</div><div><br></div><div>About the role: The timekeeper will hold up a piece of paper showing how many minutes each speaker has left for their talk to keep the conference as close to schedule as possible. (I'm thinking 10 min, 5 min, 2 min, 1 min)</div><div><br></div><div>Could someone please do this for the second panel? That would be super awesome. Thanks so much, everyone!</div><div><br></div><div>Bre</div><div><br></div><div>P.S. flyer attached below :-)</div><div><br></div></div>
