</b>To provide financial assistance to graduate students so that they may successfully complete their graduate degrees.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%"><b><i>Criteria and Selection Process</i></b><i>:</i> This fund shall provide student financial aid to support graduate level students in the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
The Dean of the College, or his/her designate, shall oversee the selection of student recipients based on the following criteria:<o:p></o:p></p>

</b>This fund shall be used to alleviate the financial burden on doctoral degree students whose final obstacle to degree completion is the writing of their dissertation.
