Please be advised that the deadline to add a course for Fall 2026 is this
Friday. To meet this deadline, your *Enrollment Adjustment petition* must
be fully approved and in the *"Graduate Academic Affairs"* queue in *R'Grad*
no later than 11:59 PM.

Important Note on Routing:*

Please do not wait until the last minute! Your petition must route through
several approvers *before* it reaches the Graduate Academic Affairs queue.

*Start the approval process NOW* to ensure all required reviewers have
signed off before the Friday night cutoff. Requests to add a course
submitted or routed after October 16th will *NOT* be approved.
