[Ahs-grads] Spring Fee Payment Deadline

Dear Graduate Students,

The fee payment deadline is the first day of instruction, *3/30/2026.* Students
not paid by that day will be charged the $45 Administrative Processing Fee
after the 5-business day grace period.

Students must be enrolled in a minimum of *12 units* for awards to post
(employment and fellowships).  Please make sure to review your registration
to confirm you are enrolled in the correct courses.

Feb. 9 - Apr. 10           Spring Registration



Apr. 10                        Add/Drop (enrollment adjustments can only be
made by *Petition *after this date)





Mar. 30                        First Day of Classes

                                   Application for Candidacy for Master’s
Degree (*via R’Grad*)

                                   Graduate Fee Payment Deadline



Apr. 17                        Spring Graduation Application for Master’s
students *(apply by 4/3 to ensure commencement eligibility)*



June 5                          Last Day of Instruction

June 12                        Last day to complete all Degree
