Dear Program Coordinator,

My name is Emma Dunne, and I am the Summer School Coordinator at The
American University of Paris (AUP), and I’m excited to share an opportunity
for students at UC Riverside who may be interested in studying art history
or fine arts in Paris this summer.

AUP Summer School offers a varied selection of art history and fine arts
classes this coming summer, many of which really make use of Paris and its
artistic and cultural heritage. In our June 3-week session, we are offering
three different classes looking at different modes, movements, and forms of
art: ‘Paris through its Architecture’, ‘Impressionism and
Post-Impressionism’, and ‘Modeling Paris’. In our July 3-week session,
students can choose our ‘Global Arts through Paris Museums’ class, or if
they are interested in learning how to paint, our ‘Painting Paris’ class
could be a great option for them. We are also offering a 6-week session
that spans June and some of July, and during that session, students can
take ‘Introduction to Art through Paris Museums’, where they can learn
about art and art history both in the classroom and in Paris’ many museums.

I’ve attached a flyer with more details, and I’d greatly appreciate it if
you could share this with those who might be interested.

Potential applicants can visit our summer website
<https://www.aup.edu/admissions/summer> to learn more and apply
<https://www.aup.edu/admissions/summer/apply>. I also encourage them to
explore our Summer Housing <https://www.aup.edu/admissions/summer/housing>
 and Cultural Programs
<https://www.aup.edu/admissions/summer/study-trips> to enrich their
time in Paris.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you or any of your students have
further questions.

All my very best,

Emma
