[Ahs-grads] Winter Registration and Important Dates

Dear Art History Graduate Students,

Winter 2025 registration begins November 3.  Review the  *Winter 2026
schedule of classes

and meet with your Faculty/ Thesis Advisor to discuss and confirm your
planned class schedule.  All students must be enrolled in a *minimum of 12
units* for awards (employment and fellowships) to disburse.  Please review
your accounts, *clear any holds*, and register for classes as soon as
possible to avoid any delays.  I am available to meet 9:00am-11:00am M-F
via Zoom if you need assistance.  Please see important dates below:

Nov 11                             Campus Closed (Veterans Day)

November 28-29         Campus Closed (Thanksgiving Holiday)

                                            Fee Payment Deadline

Jan 17                                Last Day to Add/Drop without a “W”
(enrollment adjustments can only be made by *Petition **after this date*)

Jan 20                                Campus Closed (Martin Luther King Day)

Feb 20                                Campus Closed (President’s Day)

Mar 14                                Last Day of Instruction

Mar 21                               Last Day of the Quarter



*Enrollment Requests:*

***Upper Division (100-Level) courses require instructor approval and
enrollment manager approval.  Attach instructor approval to *WuFoo Form
<https://chassems.wufoo.com/forms/chass-enrollment-request-form/> , and
submit request* (see attached instructions for additional information).
These courses fill up really early so submit your requests as soon as
possible.   Finalize all Upper Division (100-Level) Course Enrollment by
12pm on Friday of Week 2 (see attached instructions) *All 100 level AHS
courses require 1 unit of 292 **(29X form attached).*

*** *Planning to enroll in *AHS 292, 297 or 299*, send email request to
iseldas at ucr.edu , and complete project forms (*29x *attached). Please note
that I can only make enrollment adjustments through *week 2*, changes after
that need to be made by submitting an Enrollment Adjustment petition via
R’Grad.

***** Enrolling in *AHS 302* Teaching Practicum- send email request to
iseldas at ucr.edu
