[Ahs-grads] Spring 2025 Registration Reminder

Dear Art History Graduate Students,

This is a reminder to review your registration for spring 2025, please make sure to clear all holds, review your schedule of classes, and meet with your Faculty Advisor to discuss and confirm your planned class schedule.  I am available from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, Monday-Friday (Wednesdays & Fridays Zoom only) or by appointment to meet with you.


Important Dates/Deadlines:
Feb. 10- Mar. 11           Spring Registration

Mar. 8- Apr. 12              Add/Drop (enrollment adjustments can only be made by Petition after this date)


Mar. 31                            First Day of Classes
                                            Application for Candidacy for Master's Degree (via R'Grad)
Graduate Fee Payment Deadline

Apr. 21                              Spring Graduation Application for Master's and PhD students (apply by 4/7 to ensure commencement eligibility)

June 13                            Last Day to complete all Degree Requirements (Noon PST)


*Finalize all Upper Division (100-Level) Course Enrollment by 12pm on Friday of Week 2 (see attached instructions) All 100 level AHS courses require 1 unit of 292 (29X form attached).

** Planning to enroll in 297, 299, send email request to iseldas at ucr.edu<mailto:iseldas at ucr.edu> , and complete project forms (29x attached). Please note that I can only make enrollment adjustments through week 2, changes after that need to be made by submitting an Enrollment Adjustment petition via R'Grad.

*** Enrolling in AHS 302 Teaching Practicum- send email request to iseldas at ucr.edu<mailto:iseldas at ucr.edu>
**** Fellowship and employment awards require enrollment in minimum of 12 units to disburse ( awards are scheduled to disburse by March 31st, please make sure to complete your registration as soon as possible(before this date) to avoid delays).
