Dear Perla,

My name is Torie Basulto, a Lead Art and Managing Editor with Pomona Valley Review. PVR is an independent literary arts journal comprised of current and former Cal Poly Pomona graduate English students, and we are looking for submissions for our 19th online issue to be released this Fall. PVR is seeking a variety of works such as poetry, short prose, creative nonfiction, and artwork from undergraduates and graduates alike, but all are welcome to submit.

The deadline for submissions, electronic only, is June 30th, 2025. Please see the attached flyer and our website for details on the online submission process. We would greatly appreciate it if you are open to circulating our call for submissions to staff, lecturers, and faculty who may in turn, circulate the call to students.
