[Ahs-faculty] FW: Biennial Floor & Carpet Cleaning

Hi Everyone,
                Facilities will be cleaning office floors next week. They are under a strict no moving anything rule so if anything is on the floor it will not be cleaned under. If you cannot make it to your office before the date listed below to move items please let me know and I can try to assist. The cleaning is done the morning of the date listed before we come in so anything being moved will need to be done by the day before.

Hi Paul,



We would like to schedule the Biennial ( once every 2 years ) deep cleaning of the carpet & hard floors in Arts. I am sending you the schedule (attached) to assist you with informing the building occupants in advance of when their area is scheduled to be completed. This should allow them time to prepare their areas by picking up any personal items up off of the floors that we typically do not move (e.g. paperwork, boxes, hazardous containers in labs etc. ). All work will be completed on the specified date after 9pm and the area will be ready for use by 5am on the following day. If there are any areas you would like us to skip please let me know so that I can remove them from this list.
