The Division of Undergraduate Education is excited to invite you to an  
pre-launch information session showcasing the transformative power of High  
Impact Practices (HIPs) and the R'Vision.Event Details:·  Thursday, May  
22·  2:00pm·  "The UE" space, Student Services Building - 2nd FloorHigh  
Impact Practices (HIPs) are a collection of well-established teaching  
methods that consistently demonstrate positive effects on student learning,  
engagement, and retention, particularly for historically underrepresented  
student groups. These practices move beyond traditional lecture formats to  
create more immersive and meaningful educational experiences.Undergraduate  
Education would like to partner with advisors to have students consider  
visiting R’Vision, connect with our staff and ambassadors, and create a  
plan that incorporates HIPs into their undergraduate student  
experience.Research consistently shows that experiences incorporating  
active, hands-on learning, especially those addressing real-world problems,  
lead to significantly better student outcomes than traditional lectures.  
These methods cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and  
collaboration, resulting in deeper learning and improved academic  
success.Join us to learn more about how R'Vision and HIPs are driving  
student transformation. You'll have the opportunity to see firsthand the  
impact of these practices and learn how you can support their
