Dear UCR student,<br>

The Financial Aid Office learned this morning that a system error occurred
which<br>
affected the display of Spring Pell Grant credits on students' GROWL Statement<br>
of Accounts and Current Activity. This error has now been fixed by our
Computing<br>
and Communications department and all billing statements are now displaying the<br>
correct amount of Pell Grant for Spring and the correct amount due on March<br>
13th. We apologize for the concern this system error caused. Please rest
assured<br>
that no Pell Grants were reduced, only how this aid was displayed on the system<br>
was affected by the error. If you have any further concerns about this or about<br>
the aid available to credit your Spring bill, please contact the Financial Aid<br>
Office at 827-3878. If you have questions about your Spring billing charges,<br>
please contact Student Business Services at 827-3204.<br>
