Dailey</B>. Bracken's comprehensive contributions to UCR in her<SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> nine-month</SPAN> tenure<SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> as Associate Registrar</SPAN> <SPAN
class=306110216-02102008>and </SPAN>her demonstrated commitment to UCR by
garnering extensive UC and UCR knowledge in a very short period of time<SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> has been nothing but exemplary</SPAN>.<SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> Specifically,</SPAN><SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> as Associate Registrar, <SPAN

class=306110216-02102008>Bracken facilitated the transition of the grade
submission process from paper to an electronic application (iGrade),
masterminded the reengineering of the course approval process, and fostered key
registration practices at Orientation and for the Learning
Communities. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN class=306110216-02102008><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: 'Comic Sans MS'"><SPAN
class=306110216-02102008> In her new role as Registrar, I am confident that
Bracken will continue with such initiatives but additionally explore
strengthening the Registrar's Office's support of and relationship with UCR
students, staff, and faculty. </SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

BS in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and an MS in Occupational
Therapy from Towson University. <SPAN class=306110216-02102008>Prior
to her employment at UCR, s</SPAN>he <SPAN
class=306110216-02102008>garnered</SPAN> extensive recruitment, admissions,
and <SPAN class=306110216-02102008>R</SPAN>egistrar's <SPAN
class=306110216-02102008>O</SPAN>ffice experience at Towson University and Emory
University. Her areas of expertise are information system assessment and
migration, workflow and on-line system development, data query and
statistic integrity insurance, <SPAN class=306110216-02102008>grade
submission alternatives, </SPAN>and enrollment planning as it relates to course
management, graduation counts and trends, and academic standing and eligibility
for graduation issues. </SPAN></DIV>
