Please be advised that I have accepted the position of University

Registrar at the University of California, Irvine. I will be starting

there on September 25 and my last day at Riverside will be approximately

September 17--AFTER the Fall fee deadline.<br><br>

As most of you know, UC Riverside has been my home for many years and it

is definitely with mixed emotions that I make the switch. Please know

that the decision to leave Riverside is one of the most difficult I have

ever made and that the biggest obstacle I faced was knowing I would have

to leave all of you behind. While I am excited about the challenges that

await me at Irvine, it is hard for me to imagine I will ever have another

opportunity to work with a group of people as talented and supportive as

you. I will miss all of you very much.<br><br>
