The latest issue of the JAS arrived in my mailbox today (Vol. 68.1, Februry, 2009). The first article is by TLC member and former TLC distinguished speaker, Dr. Duncan McCargo, "Thai Politics as Reality TV." 

TLC member and executive committee member, Dr. Richard Ruth, also has a book review of another TLC distinguished speaker's recent book: Dr. Craig Reynolds, Seditious Histories: Contesting Thai and Southeast Asian Pasts (U.Washington Press, 2006).
