"Asia Policy [est. Jan 2006 - ed.] is a peer-reviewed journal devoted
to bridging the gap between academic research and policymaking on
issues related to the Asia-Pacific. Asia Policy publishes, in
descending order of emphasis, three types of peer-reviewed essays:
(1) social scientific research articles that both use social science
theories, concepts, and approaches and draw clear and concise policy
implications on issues of import to the region (2) research notes
