Police General Wasit Detkunchorn (retired) is a regular writer for Matichon Weekly in Thailand. He became famous for his role during the 14 Oct 73 uprising as the chief of palace police. In this piece in Thai, he criticises those "farang" (Western) reports on current political crisis in Thailand, especially those professors in foreign universitites or Western scholars, and Thais who foolishly believe them.
