Siam Cement Scholarship Program. The Siam Cement Foundation 
will support qualified individuals from Southeast  Asia
including Thailand to study at the  Master of Arts  Program in
International Development Studies at Political Sciences
Faculty, Chulalongkorn University for the upcoming 2007-2008
academic year. Pls find more detail in the attached.
