Yaaaayyy Cait and TAMU!
This is fabulous. George has been getting so much attention in the last year or so because of HBO's _Game of Thrones_ series and _A Dance with Dragons_ being on the bestseller lists forever, but your collection of GRRM-iana has *so* much more that it should be a wonderful exhibit.
Do you have the board games for ASoI&F? In multiple languages? They would certainly be an attention-grabber. I know you've got lots of foreign language editions with colorful covers . . . I can always tell _Tuf Voyaging_ or _Fevre Dream_ just from the cover, even if the title is in a non-Roman type!
Unfortunately, links to your "teaser" poster were scrubbed by the SFCC Digest . . . <sniff!>
Your forthcoming catalog will definitely be added to my growing bibliographic pile of GRRM-iana . . . which will be turned in to the Compleat (as is humanly possible) GRRM Primary and Secondary Bibliography just as soon as I finish my !@#$%^&*()_+=-~!!! dissertation (my mom always used to say I "bit off more than I could chew" and boy was she right!).
Good luck and have lots of fun with the exhibit which I'd love to visit (we'll see),
Leslie Kay

Subject: [SFCC] Deeper Than Swords promo poster
Hi all,
Next year we're going to have a major exhibit, Deeper Than Swords: Celebrating the Work of George R. R. Martin, here at Cushing. Martin will be there for the opening and doing a talk, Q&A, and book signing. We're still in planning stages but expect to have a related catalog as well. Attached is the teaser poster my colleague Todd Samuelson made for display at the student-run AggieCon, held every year at Texas A&M.
We'll likely do more press releases and such as we come closer to the actual date, but I wanted to share this because it's just so pretty. :)
Cheers,
Cait
