<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">For those employees using TARS to report time/leave, the reporting period will remain 11/16/12 through 12/15/12.&nbsp; As soon as the PPS Roster is open, DTAAs may begin submitting completed TARS
 timesheets to PPS, and PPS Transactors can begin entering time/leave directly to the roster.&nbsp; If your department will be asking employees and supervisors to submit time records prior to the 15<sup>th</sup>, please be sure to communicate expectations to employees
 and supervisors regarding your departmental process for communicating leave taken (or hours worked for positive time reporters)&nbsp; between the period the timesheet is submitted and the 15<sup>th</sup>.&nbsp; Questions may be directed to
