<b>career employees</b> in the CX unit as of the date of ratification (Dec. 9th 2011), as well as on the date the payout is processed. The prior communication incorrectly included “non-probationary” status as an additional criteria for eligibility. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Programming has been prepared and released earlier than expected, and therefore the payout date for the CX lump sum will be moved up, from the previously anticipated May 1<sup>st</sup> to a payout date of March 29<sup>th</sup> 2012. Lump
sum eligibility is as follows<o:p></o:p></p>
