<p class="MsoNormal">All CX ranges that fall below $13.70 per hour shall be adjusted, effective April 1, 2012. Salary ranges with steps that fall below the minimum will have these steps deleted, and the new minimum step will be not less than $13.70 per hour.
Any employees who were previously situated on these steps will be moved to the new minimum step for the range. This increase, directly affecting approximately 25 CX employees, will be handled centrally by HR and Payroll and will appear on the May 1, 2012
paycheck.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u>2) CX Lump Sum payout date March 29<sup>th</sup> 2012<o:p></o:p></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Programming has been prepared and released earlier than expected, and therefore the payout date for the CX lump sum will be moved up, from the previously anticipated May 1<sup>st</sup> to a payout date of March 29<sup>th</sup> 2012. Lump
sum eligibility is as follows<o:p></o:p></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]>Employees who are on unpaid leave on the date of the payout will receive the lump sum payment upon their return to active employment at UCR. Departments are advised to contact HR when employees return from leave to request that

<p class="MsoNormal"><sup>1</sup> In some instances, the calculation to adjust the minimum of the salary range resulted in a new minimum that was slightly higher than $13.70 per hour.<o:p></o:p></p>
