<p class="MsoNormal"><u>1) CX Increase Range Minimums to $13.70<sup>1</sup> effective April 1<sup>st</sup> 2012<o:p></o:p></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">All CX ranges that fall below $13.70 per hour shall be adjusted, effective April 1, 2012.&nbsp; Salary ranges with steps that fall below the minimum will have these steps deleted, and the new minimum step will be not less than $13.70 per hour.
 Any employees who were previously situated on these steps will be moved to the new minimum step for the range.&nbsp; This increase, directly affecting approximately 25 CX employees, will be handled centrally by HR and Payroll and will appear on the May 1, 2012
 paycheck.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u>2)&nbsp; CX Lump Sum payout date March 29<sup>th</sup> 2012<o:p></o:p></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Programming has been prepared and released earlier than expected, and therefore the payout date for the CX lump sum will be moved up, from the previously anticipated May 1<sup>st</sup> to a payout date of March 29<sup>th</sup> 2012. Lump
 sum eligibility is as follows<o:p></o:p></p>
