<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The Local Equity Agreement between UC and UPTE provides that UC Riverside shall increase the salary ranges and individual rates for all RX and TX bargaining unit employees by 0.5%. To be eligible for the increase,
 an employee must be on pay status (or approved leave) and in the bargaining unit on the date of the payout of the increase.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
