sizable increase in the Property Program costs resulting from the multi-million
dollar property losses our campus has experienced during the last two-years.
Fortunately, the Employment Practices rate for Location 5 is decreasing
primarily due to the impact of the Be Smart About Safety programs on our
premiums. The General Liability and Employment Practices rates for Location N
are developed by ANR/OP and are unrelated to the Location 5 rates.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
