New Hire Demonstration – Gabe Nwandu and Jasmine Mejia<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

and Jasmine gave a demonstration of the Web New Hire application. The
application is a new way to enter/update transactions to PPS for new hires and
rehires. It’s similar to the New Hire bundle on CICS
PPS. Preparers are now able to hire/rehire employees through Web
New Hire. Anyone with entry/update access will automatically have
access to Web New Hire.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

informed the group to separate employees retiring at the end of month on June
29, 2010. This should be the last day on pay as well. It is
very important that these employees be paid one day less for the month of June

Preparers were also reminded to check work permit end dates and assure that the
dates cover through September 2010, otherwise the employee will not be able to
