Revised Service Recognition Program Procedures</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>Effective immediately<span
style='color:#1F497D'>, </span>Service Recognition Awards will no longer be
processed through the Organizational Unit contact. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>Please notify supervisors
in your department that they will be receiving the service award folder from
O.C. Tanner addressed to the eligible recipient that they supervise
approximately two months prior to the award date. The supervisor will be
responsible for presenting it to the recipient in whatever fashion they deem
appropriate.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>If the recipient’s
supervisor is not listed in the Enterprise Representative System (ERS), then
the service award folder will be sent to the Organizational Unit contact.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>The recipient will order
their gift directly with O.C. Tanner and have it sent to their home
address. If the department prefers to present the gift to the recipient,
the supervisor can instruct the recipient to have the gift mailed to the
department address.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>Funding for FY2010/11 has
been provided by the Chancellor’s Office and is administered by the Human
Resources Department. Billing and invoicing is processed by HR and does
